I have two stories; 1. My grandmas was the type to always give advice, that was her thing. When I was a teenager and angry about something, who knows what, she told me that I am the only one that can make myself angry. It made me angry. I now realize what she meant. 2. My other sweet experience with my grandma is once when my sister, sherrie and I were able to attend the temple with her on a visit to Utah once. She was so excited to be going with us that she told everyone that we can into contact that day, that her two granddaughters brought her to the temple today. I mean everyone. I am grateful that she is no longer suffering and has been reunited with Grandpa Bartholomew (Victor).

Mom and Dad
I am not done yet. Things were emotional, then I had to say goodbye to my parents again, that was hard. I should almost mention that one of my best friends was having serious brain surgery at the same time in Raleigh, NC. Wondering why I haven't been sleeping. If you are interested, her blog is Erika Henderson. It annoys me greatly that I am not there to be able to help her and her family. Hopefully she will be released today from the hospital.
Don't forget I have school and homework and I finally started getting back into the swing of things by going to the gym and stuff. Yesterday, I decided to get sick again. This time no chills and aches, just puking in the middle of the night. Because I have already missed class for other reasons, I can't anymore and still have to do some homework. HOLY HANNAH! Too much to express.

Sidenote: I am ready for March, basketball brings me great joy and happiness. I officially didn't like February this year.

Rachel, that sounds like a crazy week! (but, a good crazy filled with family). I had heard that your grandma passed away - through the grapevine, I guess. Thanks for the pictures! Your parents look like they are enjoying their mission. And, Lin! How is she? Where is she and what is she up to? I hope you are able to hang on and keep going. Being sick and not being able to slow down is really hard. (By the way, I've never heard anyone say "holy hannah" before - is that a Utah phrase?")
I love you Rachel!!!!
Sending you chicken noodle soup through the internet. My goodness - you need a break. Next time you are in town I'll bring the tapioca pudding.
Holy Hannah is a phrase I made up in Washington with my students. To help them stop cussing.
I love you Rachel! you are in my thoughts and prayers. I am glad you were able to see your parents for a few days. It sounds like it was a week of roller coaster of emotions.
Rachel, I hope you are feeling a little better. I'm glad you were able to see so many family members. I loved the picture of you and Lin! And Kimberly, the tapioca pudding sounds so good to me right now? What's the recipe Rachel? That's the second 'Rachel' food I've craved this pregnancy...maybe I should name the baby after you..haha
