Every time I come home to the south, it takes me about 3 days for my body and mind to adjust to the humidity. I don't take a deep breath anymore when I walk outside. I don't stand in the shade thinking it will be cooler. I was sitting outside this evening, thinking 88 degrees with 60% humidity was feeling pretty good. Holy Tar,
